Comanche Nation Diabetes Program Notice - August 6, 2020

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the DIABETES PROGRAM has a new way of servicing our clients. The entire Keith Yackeyonny Medical Center has gone completely CONTACTLESS.  You will still receive our utmost quality service, you just won’t be able to enter the building at this time.

We will be doing all of our business VIA phone, email, and fax.  For the items you generally would receive from our office (lancets, strips, Glucerna ), you will now have to call ahead and request them. Items will be placed outside our door for you to pick up. Your item will be placed in a sanitized bag with your name on it.  At this time we do not have the podiatrist clinic, as soon as we open the clinic back up, we will post it on the Comanche Nation Website and social media.
Please be on the lookout for further communications in the upcoming weeks and months. We are working closely with the Comanche Nation Administration and Comanche Nation Emergency Management Team. Know that we understand the challenges this pandemic has put on all our lives. However, we believe by going completely CONTACTLESS, it is in our best interest to limit the spread of COVID-19 and keep you and your families safe and healthy.

Thank you,

COMANCHE NATION DIABETES PROGRAM
