Services

Annual Eye Exam

A free annual eye exam is available to all enrolled Comanche members. We will provide you with your eyeglasses and/or contact lens prescription. Please reach out to our office to schedule your appointment. Exams must be 365+ days apart.

No/low Cost Eyeglasses or Contact Lenses

Enrolled Comanche members with a valid prescription receive a $150 annual allowance to purchase eyeglasses or contact lenses from our office or Modern Eyes in Lawton, OK. Assistance is limited to once per fiscal year (Oct - Sept).

Eyeglass or Contact Lens Voucher

Enrolled Comanche members who live outside of our immediate area are eligible to receive a $150 voucher for either eyeglasses or contact lenses at an optician near you. Assistance is limited to once per fiscal year (Oct - Sept).
