Application Requirements:

• 2024 YEP Federal Application: Non-Comanches must reside in Cotton or Comanche counties
• Workforce NEW Federal Application (Revised 1.25.22): Non-Comanches must reside in Comanche, Cotton, Caddo, Kiowa, and Tillman counties
• Workforce WIOA (A&Y) Federal Application (Revised 1.25.22): Non-Comanches must reside in Cotton or Comanche counties
