Arlene Schonchin is the 15-year-old daughter of Lynn Jr. and Jolene (Jimenez) Schonchin, the granddaughter of the late Arlene Wockmetooah Jimenez and Joe “Papa Joe” Jimenez on her maternal side, and the granddaughter of the late Lynn Schonchin Sr. and Linda Jimenez on her paternal side. She is an enrolled member of the Comanche Nation, with Modoc, Paiute, and Klamath lineage as well. Her maternal great-grandparents are the late Roy Wockmetooah and Lillie Tomahsah Pratt Tieyah.
