Tribal Court Prosecutor Open-Door Office Hours
The Comanche Nation Tribal Prosecutor's Office is pleased to announce the availability of scheduled community appointments with the Tribal Prosecutor. These appointments provide members of the public with an opportunity to discuss general questions regarding the criminal justice system, court processes, and the role of the Prosecutor's Office.
Appointments are available on Wednesdays from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. To request an appointment, please call: (405) 825-1781.
Please be advised that the Tribal Prosecutor cannot discuss active criminal cases, pending prosecutions, ongoing investigations, or confidential matters during these appointments.
If you believe that a violation of the criminal laws of the Comanche Nation has occurred, you should contact the Comanche Nation Police Department or Comanche Nation Adult and Child Protective Services to file a report. Reports of alleged criminal activity must be made to the appropriate investigative agencies for proper review and investigation.
