Application Process
- General Process:
- Parent/guardian must be the legal/custodial parent or legal guardian of the child.
- A new application must be submitted each school year.
- Applications can be submitted via mail, fax, email, or the Comanche Nation Youth Services webpage.
- Required Documents:
- Tribal enrollment card or letter.
- Report card from the previous school year (or progress report/awards).
- Legal documents (if applicable) such as custody orders or power of attorney.
- Receipts:
- All receipts from approved purchases must be submitted to the Program Office. Failure to do so will disqualify the applicant from future assistance.
