Mission

The Realty Office provides the Comanche Nation with assistance in all real estate matters.

The Comanche Nation Realty Office:

Facilitates the Fee-To-Trust application process for the Nation
Provides information and technical assistance to tribal members on the various statuses of their trust land
Administers the Cobell Land Buy Back Program
Manages agricultural leases and negotiates for the highest market price on each tract.
Assists with the lease, use, and maintenance of properties owned by the Nation.
