History

Comanche Nation Youth Program Was Formed In 2003 And Officially Opened For Afterschool & Summer Programming In January 2004 As A Preventative Effort To Reduce The Effects Of The Negative Challenges That Our Comanche Youth Face. The Comanche Nation K-12 Student Services Was Born On The Floor Of A General Council In April 2004. For Enrolled Comanche Members In Grades K-12th To Receive Educational Supplemental Services Regardless Of Where They Reside. During General Council April 2005 A Motion Was Made To Have Continual Funding For These Purposes Until The Comanche Nation No Longer Exists. Once Again, The Council Voted Unanimously. These Missions’ Effort Will Result In Empowering Our Comanche Youth To Achieve A Better Tomorrow For The Individual And For The Comanche Nation.
