Public Notice: Due to the High Increase in Flu Cases, Temporary Measures Are in Order
Dear Comanche Nation Team members,
As you may be aware, several local schools are closing temporarily due to an increase in flu cases. We understand that this may pose challenges for employees with children at home. To help support you during this time while maintaining operations at Comanche Nation properties, we are implementing the following temporary measures:
- Flexible Scheduling
For employees who cannot work, we offer flexible scheduling arrangements, such as adjusted work hours or split shifts. Please discuss your scheduling needs with your supervisor.
- Time Off
Time off may be available for employees affected by school closures. Please discuss with your director and contact Human Resources for assistance.
- Childcare Support
We understand childcare can be a challenge. If you need resources or recommendations for temporary childcare services, please reach out to the child care program to see if there may be any assistance or other guidance.
We encourage open communication if you are affected by the school closures, please reach out to your director or HR to discuss the best solution for your situation. We appreciate your dedication and flexibility during this time. Directors, please ensure you are accommodating your staff during these unforeseen circumstances and maintaining services.
