Comanche Nation Enterprises, INC. Board of Directors

The Comanche Business Committee is seeking interested applicants to be on the Comanche Nation Enterprises, Inc. (“CONEI”) Board of Directors. CONEI is an economic development corporation. The CONEI Board is also accepting applications on its own, and one may apply here: JOIN OUR BOARD.  Applications submitted to the Comanche Business Committee will only be acted upon if the CBC does not confirm the nominations from the CONEI Board; interested applicants may wish to submit applications in both places. Applications to the CBC should include a cover letter and resume and should be submitted to administration@comanchenation.com

Minimum qualifications: 

• At least 21 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract
• No convictions for embezzlement, fraud, or theft
• At least seven years since completing any term of parole, probation, or sentenced for any other type of criminal conviction
• Not the spouse, father, mother, son, daughter, sister, or brother of a member of the Comanche Business Committee
• Academic credentials or experience in business or industry management, accounting, law, or finance

Preferred qualifications:

• Commitment to the economic development of the Comanche Nation and background, education, experience, or expertise in related or revenant areas of business, finance, management, or marketing
• Enrolled member of the Comanche Nation

Hours:  Not full-time or part-time, only regular monthly meetings, may be special meetings from time to time

Salary: None; directors may receive payment of reasonable expenses incurred in attending meetings.”
