The mission of Comanche Nation Injury Prevention is to reduce unintentional injuries caused by falls, fires, and traffic.

- Carbon monoxide detectors
- Bicycle helmets
- Elder safetyf fair
- Annual pre-prom car crash simulation
- Fan Program (May 2023 - August 2023}
