Individual Plan for Employment (IPE).
Documentation of disability by a professional is part of the application. Services provided will be based on the individual consumer's need and preference. Services will include counseling, guidance, and evaluation. Other services may include education/training costs such as books, fees, tuition, transportation, clothing related to training and employment goals, etc.
OUTREACH
CNVRP will provide intensive community membership on disability, tribal and state rehabilitative services and employment opportunities. The CNVRP will continue to hold a Disability Awareness Day in the first, third, and fifth year and hold a Disability Awareness Powwow in the second and fourth year of the current five-year grant period.
CAPACITY BUILDING
The CNVRP will increase capacity building through outreach, collaboration, and increased skills of CNVRP staff serving individuals with disabilities.
