The Comanche Nation Optometry Office is located at #1 SW D Ave. We schedule appointments that last Monday of every month, until we are completely booked for that following month.
The Optometry Program covers one complete pair of eyeglasses up to One Hundred and Thirty Dollars ($130)per fiscal year. Diabetic patients will receive a voucher for assistance from the Diabetes Awareness Program up to One Hundred and Thirty Dollars($130). We have one vendor that provide us with the latest designer eyewear, we carry over 1000 pair of eyeglasses in our office. We also provide the finest quality lenses with the latest lens technology and we will help accommodate to any of your specific needs. Our vendor provides (1) one year warranty for your designer frame and 1 time warranty for your lens. To receive your warranty you must return all the pieces to your eyeglasses. We provide in office minor repairs.

Our Optometry Program offers a variety of contact lens available to you at warehouse cost. We have a variety of contact lens choices to suit your lifestyle: Alcon, Baushch & Lomb, Coopervision, and Visakon. You must provide a valid prescription and full payment at the time the order is placed.
WE ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS ONLY FOR CONTACT LENS ORDERS.
Out of state tribal members can receive a voucher up to One Hundred, Thrity Dollars to help with the purchase of one complete pair of eyeglasses. Call and speak with one of our experienced and professional staff. Call our office for more details.
Outreach
We provide services to our Outreach Centers in Anadarko, Oklahoma City, and Dallas. We take our eyeglasses to the Outreach Centers to provide services to Comanche Tribal members in the surrounding areas.
Annual Children's Clinic
- We provide eye exams for children 4yrs - 18 yrs.
- College students 18 yrs - 21 yrs must provide College ID.
- June, July, and August.
- Mondays and Wednesdays.
- No walk-ins.
- Call at any time to schedule children
WE DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY ADULTS DURING THIS TIME.
